The National Account Manager is responsible for managing existing Client relationships for Strategic and Growth Accounts, owns the process execution of existing international recruitment efforts, and drives the growth process through re-orders and portfolio expansion. The Regional Account Manager (RAM) is a client-facing leader responsible for managing and growing strategic client relationships across a defined territory. This role serves as the primary point of contact for both existing and new clients throughout the full lifecycle—from onboarding and recruitment through immigration and arrival—while ensuring outstanding client service and operational execution.
The RAM owns client satisfaction, growth targets, and the seamless coordination of internal WWHS teams to meet client needs. In addition to managing current accounts, the RAM plays a key role in identifying and securing new business opportunities, expanding portfolios, and supporting the long-term success of WWHS.
